How Does the Gastronomic Image Design Service Work?
To request our service, the first step is to select the image package below according to the number of images you want to purchase.
After completing your payment, you will receive a form where you’ll provide information about your product and the image you wish to create. The form includes the following fields:
1) Product Name
2) Ingredients
3) Photo Upload. You’ll be asked to upload photos of the product from various angles to give us a clear visual reference (the photos don’t need to be professional).
4) Desired Angle & References. Let us know the angle (top-down, straight-on, etc.) and if you want any specific elements in the scene. If possible, attach reference images.
Note: We’ll include examples in each field to help guide you during the form filling.
Each image in the package entitles you to only one image angle. If you want multiple angles of the same product, you’ll need to purchase additional images.

2 - Send Your Photos
After choosing a package, our team will send a payment link (Paypal). Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive the form to submit product info. Fill it in with as much detail as possible to help us create the best image.
3 - Wait to Receive Your Images
Once the form is submitted, just wait. Delivery time is between 2 to 7 days.
You’ll receive three initial concepts, choose one, and have the right to three revisions, where you can request changes or add elements. Once finalized, the watermark will be removed.

The entire design process is fully online. After payment and submission of product details, the image design is carried out and the final result is delivered via WhatsApp and email. We do not perform on-site visits.

Our images are delivered in JPG format.
The maximum resolution is 2048 x 2048 pixels. Image proportions can be 1×1, 2×3, or 3×2. You will select your preferred resolution and proportion in the form provided after payment.
The style depends on your preferences and market needs. When placing your order, you’ll be asked to send reference images to guide our work. If we are unable to meet a specific style request, you’ll be notified, and a full refund will be issued if the style is essential to your needs.
Yes. All images are delivered with watermarks during the creation and review stages. Once the project is finalized, you’ll receive the final versions without watermarks.
The delivery time is between 2 and 7 business days for packages of 1 to 10 images. If delays occur, clients will be notified in advance.
Payments can be made via credit card.
Yes. If you’re not satisfied with the result, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the final images.
Yes. Once you receive the initial images, you may request revisions. Each revision takes 2 to 7 days, and you’re entitled to up to two rounds of edits.
You will have unrestricted usage rights for the images.
